How it works
Assessment
The best way to start is by having a meeting to discuss your ideas and requirements. This can be done online or in person at your place. There is no charge for the assessment. Based on our discussions we will prepare a proposal. This is typically phased so you only commit to one stage at the time and the cost and deliverables will be clear for each stage
Stage 1 – Present situation
Establish the present situation. What are the drivers for the investment, are there any alternatives and what is the environment where this investment will thrive.
Stage 2 – Visualise the future
Interview site specialists to fully understand the need, the constraints and the user requirements. Gather all required data and drawings.
Stage 3 – User Requirement Specification
Write a User Requirement Specification (URS) including layout drawings, data from current production and list of potential suppliers. Present this back to you for your approval and comments.
After this stage you may decide to continue the project on your own
Stage 4 – Tendering
Put together the tender documents and engage with potential suppliers
Stage 5 – Procurement
Supplier selection, contract negotiations & order placement
Stage 6 – Delivery
Doing the work to deliver the desired outcome, ensuring that it all stays on track and taking corrective actions, where necessary
Stage 7 – Closure
All activities will be finalised across each step to formally close the project. Administrative activities include the archiving of files and documenting any lessons learned
